Just like buses!

Babies are due to drop any minute and I needed a ton of quilts ready, well okay 3!  I pulled my finger out and made two this weekend and if you follow me on Instgram (@jeliquilts) you will already be aware of this, because I posted almost hourly updates! ;-)

If you don't IG, this is how I spent the last two days...

Picking out fabrics...

sewing a little patchwork...

Adding some giant borders...

Basting...(My poor, poor knees!)

The third quilt is a WIP from last year

and finally quilting, I wiggled and wiggled...

I have three quilts all ready for binding now, *sigh*- I need a binding fairy!

  1. They look great, and a fab pattern for a quick and easy baby quilt (or even a big one!) Rx

  5. I don't mind binding either - why don't we relocate the sewing day to my house on Saturday and me and Amy can bind while you and Charlotte do something stunning and clever?

  8. gorgeous quilts - I love the blue one especially. I saw you doing wiggly quilting on IG and so tried to do the same on my baby quilt - but unfortunately it looks nothing like yours!!
