FQ retreat linky party!

This time next Saturday I will be trooping my away across London, dragging with me my mahooosive sewing machine bag and the 1001 other bits I have deemed necessary for day at the Fat Quarterly retreat.

So today I am linking up with all the other bloggers headed for South Kensington in a linky party, to get to know them a little better.


Fat Quarterly
So a little bit about me....

My name is Kelly I am 35 years old have a 3 year old son and a husband who I have been with since I was 17 years old. By day I am a Specialist Practitioner of Transfusion (it sounds swisher than it is) and the rest of the time I can normally be found sitting at the sewing machine, ignoring the washing and the fact that the house looks like a bombs hit it!

I look like this (minus the baby)...

Hair will be slightly redder and I will be minus the baby.


I have no idea what I will be wearing, but rest assured I will have put clothes on before I leave the house ;-)

I shall be sporting these accessories....

I am unfortunately only attending the retreat on the Saturday but I have the design challenge (which I know I'll be crap at!) on Sat morning and Lynne's paper piecng class in the afternoon.  I am going to apologise now for any juvenile behaviour on my behalf and for the fact that I have a potty mouth!
